Lamar
Jackson, the Ravens quarterback, is going into the last year of his contract,
and until he agrees on a long-term extension, there will be continuous queries
about whether he will quit Baltimore. But the position coach of Lamar Jackson
discussed that it would not divert him from the task at hand.
James Urban,
Baltimore Quarterbacks coach, discusses that Lamar Jackson has always kept his
concentration only on his work and never permitted anything to stop him from
going to work.
James Urban
says, "No, we always have these thoughts in mind when we come into this
building. We go to a job when you walk through the gates of The Castle here in
this precious facility. When we move ahead to work on the ground. We do not
take tension about external disturbances. He is an expert on that. He is very
good at concentrating on the work at hand. It occurs when we are in meetings.
Or when we are on the ground. That is the decent thing to be performed."
Lamar
Jackson does not have an agent. The fabulous thing about having an agent is
that it permits a player to concentrate on football while permitting his agent
to take care of the agreement negotiations. Until Lamar Jackson employs an
agent, negotiating an agreement with the Ravens will inevitably take his own
energy and time, even if his quarterback coach is sure that he can stop it from
becoming a disturbance.
