There are no concerns regarding cornerback Byron Jones' readiness for the regular season, even though he has not participated in any Dolphins' training camp practices.
At a news conference on Friday, head coach Mike McDaniel stated as much. Jones underwent leg surgery in March, and McDaniel noted that the club anticipates having him available for the start of the regular season as long as he doesn't suffer a setback physically.
We have faith in how he is recovering. McDaniel said we'll be concerned if there is a relapse, according to Safid Deen of USA Today.
Throughout his two seasons with the Dolphins, Jones has started 30 games. He has made 95 tackles, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles in those appearances.
