Boxing continues to deliver some big moments and fights in 2022.
After a solid start to the year, things drastically improved over the spring, and the sport is now heading into a long stretch loaded with big fights almost every week.

Fury also recently returned to the ring for what could be the last time he knocked out Dillian Whyte in London.
However, the biggest of them all may have come in May when Canelo Alvarez failed in his bid to become WBA light heavyweight champion against Dmitry Bivol. The undisputed super-middleweight champion could not present much of a challenge to the Russian champion, as he landed a career-low in punches over 12 rounds. It is unclear what the next step will be for Álvarez.
Jermell Charlo
Jermell Charlo became the 7th male boxer to unify all four recognized titles in one division when he knocked out Brian Castano in their rematch at junior middleweight. Charlo stopped every one of his opponents in his quest to win all four titles. Additionally, Gervonta "Tank" Davis exclamation point on his feud with Rolando Romero when he stopped his foe in the sixth round at Barclays Center.
Devin Haney
Devin Haney became the undisputed lightweight champion with a dominant performance against George Kambosos Jr... Naoya Inoue took two rounds to unify three bantamweight titles with a knockout victory over Nonito Donaire.
Saudi Arabia. Usyk defeated Joshua
In late August, the long-awaited rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua is scheduled to take place from Saudi Arabia. Usyk defeated Joshua in September to claim three of the four recognized titles in the sport's most prestigious division. He will have to do it again if he hopes to become an undisputed champion later.
Alvarez is putting his undisputed super-middleweight titles.
Perhaps the biggest fight on the 2022 schedule is Alvarez putting his undisputed super-middleweight titles on the line against Gennadiy Golovkin. The trilogy fight between the two traditional rivals will take place on September 17.
