Andrew Porter
Andrew Porter scored twice as Ireland made history by beating the All Blacks in New Zealand for the first time.
Two tries from Andrew Porter and 13 points from Johnny Sexton saw Ireland record a historic 23-12 win over the All Blacks in New Zealand after Angus Taavao's red card, leveling the three-Test series at 1-1.
Leicester Faingaanuku
In a chaotic first half, Porter scored just three minutes later. All Blacks flanker Leicester Faingaanuku received a yellow card, lucky not to get a red card for a forward shoulder to the face of Mack Hansen. Then airhead Ofa Tu'ungafasi was eliminated for a tackle without the ball on Garry Ringrose. This incident should have seen Ireland award a penalty try.
Jaco Peyper
All of that was due to Taavao's red card following a TMO review and a nasty head-on clash with Garry Ringrose, which left South African referee Jaco Peyper with no choice but to rule out the replacement prop.
New Zealand – Tries: Beauden Barrett (40), Jordan (78). Cons: Jordie Barrett (40+). Red cards: Taavao (31). Yellow cards: Faingaanuku (17), Tuungafasi (25).
