offensive guard for six-time, who died on 30th May, the Jets announced.
Bob Talamini started his career with the Houston Oilers with two
AFL Championships and ended his journey as the beginning left guard in the
Super Bowl III for the Jets.
Bob Talamini was drafted by the Oilers in round number second of

trade with the Jets, where Talamini was coached by an offensive line coach, Joe
Spencer, for five seasons in Houston. Talamini has played every game of that season,
starting eight of the last nine with a left guard by replacing Randy Rasmussen.
He began Super Bowl III side by side with left tackle Winston
Hill as Matt Snell flew for 121 running yards on 30 carries.

starts) for the Oilers from 1960-to 67, and every single 14 games and two
postseason games (10 starts) with the Jets.
After reaching a contract deadlock with the Jets, he took
retirement after the end of the 1968 season.
