Ansu Fati to Gavi, the five Barcelona youngsters to watch out for in Australia

Barcelona heads to Australia with a host of star players and lesser-known academy products ready to put on a show.

Xavi will bring a 20-man squad with him for a friendly in Sydney against the A-Leagues All-Stars on May 25.

With the game less than 72 hours after their La Liga season concluded, Barcelona will likely give several younger players a chance to shine in the match.

Ansu Fati s first team made his debut aged just 16. The 19year-old is an undisputed star for Barcelona.

However, Fati has had his last two seasons interrupted by injury and only managed to make 15 appearances for the club this season.

A La Masia graduate who signed for Barcelona when he was 11, Gavi is the latest youngster to conquer the club.

With Barcelona's defense aging, Marmol is emerging as a possible future leader of Xavi's back line.

The 20-year-old center-back made his first senior appearance for Barcelona on May 16 after showing his all-around ability in Spain's third division.

Balde was particularly impressive on 16 May when he started Barca's 0-0 draw with Getafe.

Arnau Tenas (GK)

A 20years old goalkeeper who joined La Masia in 2010, Texas, has yet to make his senior debut for Barca but has been a regular on their B-back.

He was also a last-minute call-up to the Spanish national team in March following the late retirement of Robert Sanchez. While Texas didn't show up, he is a player capable of rising to a higher level.
