Noah Gragson came in second
DARLANDON, S.C. Saturday morning's NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Darlington Raceway saw Brandon Jones take the pole position.
Jones reached 165.453 mph while operating for Joe Gibbs Racing. At 165.231, Noah Gragson came in second.
Ty Gibbs, Austin Hill, and Sheldon Creed completed the top five.
This is Jones' fifth pole of his career
Ross Chastain finished in 11th place, and Cup Series regular Kyle Larson placed seventh. Due to a shifting issue in practice, Christopher Bell could not qualify and will start 36th.

In the morning practice, Justin Allgaier was the fastest. Gragson, Creed, Bell, and Jones came after him. Denny Hamlin, who was supposed to drive in the race but withdrew due to lingering soreness from a crash last weekend at Daytona, was replaced by Bell.
The event will be shown live on USA Network at 3 p.m. E.T.
