The fight between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn after Benn failed a random doping test.
The 26-year-old returned the clomiphene adverse finding in August to the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association but has since passed a UK Anti-Doping Agency test.
The substance, banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency, is generally used to treat infertility in women but can increase testosterone in men.
However, the BBBC has refused to sanction the fight, insisting it is "not in the interest of boxing."

Saturday's fight informed that a random drug test for Conor Benn conducted by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association returned an Adverse Analytical Finding of trace amounts of a fertility drug.
Benn normally fights at 147 pounds but accepted a catchweight of 157 pounds.
Sample B has not yet been tested, so no rule violation has been confirmed.
The Boxing Board of Control has delegated doping control testing for the fight. Mr. Benn has passed all UKAD doping control tests.
"Both fighters have received medical and legal advice, are aware of all relevant information, and wish to continue the fight."
