Bruce Arians continue to make too many protests.
Arians fussed and puffed about his good friend Tommy on Sunday night, clearly irritated by the impression.
Arians addressed his relationship with Brady by pointing out that Brady will be presenting Arians with an expensive piece of jewelry at the Arians Family Foundation dinner (my invitation must have been misplaced in the mail).
According to Rick Stroud, Arians added, "It's a $50,000 watch." "He promises he'll deliver it to me." If we despise each other, who does that? We'll play golf as soon as he returns to town."
No one has ever stated that they despise one other. The question is whether Brady will be able to work with Arians in the future. As we've previously stated, people can have an excellent personal relationship while being unable to work together professionally.
"It'll never go away, no matter what people say," Arians observed." No matter what people say, it'll never go away," Arians watched.
Why does he keep attempting to persuade those who will never be convinced that Brady didn't command or quietly suggest a Code Red if it's never going to go away? According to common sense, Brady would eventually yell, "You're goddam right I did!" if pressured hard enough by Tom Cruise.
Shipley's recent failure to deny that he was one of the sources for his excellent friend Rich Ohrnberger's claim that Brady and Arians were no longer on the same page due to the semi-retired Arians' excessive tinkering with the work done
As an assistant coach with the Buccaneers, Shipley opted to step down after one year. That makes it even more plausible that he informed Orhnberger about Brady and Arians' feud. If Arians believe Shipley said something to Ohrnberger that he shouldn't have, Shipley faces no repercussions.
At the very least, Ohrnberger would have been foolish not to run the findings by his close friend Shipley before going public with it. "Here's what I'm going to say," the exchange could have been as simple as that... Please correct me if I'm wrong."
" It's also plausible that Shipley sold everything to Ohrnberger. Shipley is no longer employed there makes it significantly more probable that he will confess. Please don't give us the impression that speculating on sources is forbidden. We want to know if the information is accurate. The Ohrnberger-Shipley relationship makes it much more likely that the information is correct in this circumstance. Add in Shipley's decision to pass on a perfect opportunity to yell "false news," and the fair conclusion remains that, $50,000 gold watch or not, there's substance to the idea that Arians and Brady's business relationship had come to an end — regardless of how they feel about each other.
