The left foot of Brown’s
cornerback Denzel Ward was injured during the practice
of minicamp on Thursday. He had X-rays and MRIs, and the results guaranteed
great news.
Mary Kay Cabot has reported that Denzel Ward has no structural harm in his
foot and is predicted to be prepared to play a part on July 27, in the first
training camp practice.
Denzel Ward quit from the last offseason
practice before it was ended after knowing the intensity of pain in his foot,
giving the Browns a temporary shock.
In April, Denzel Ward was
the highest-paid cornerback in the NFL when he contracted a five-year extension
of $ 100.5 million value.
The Browns were already losing cornerback Greedy Williams in the practice on Thursday.
Greedy Williams was taking care of a sprained ankle, per Cabot.
The third-round pick,
Martin Emerson, received a majority of first-team representations after Denzel Ward quit
from the ground against Greg Newsom II. AJ. Green also saw extra
representatives.
According to Cabot, Greedy Williams should also go
to training camp.
