Wagner is the No. 1-ranked player in the high school class of 2023. He's a quick and cunning combo shooting guard, standing at 6-foot-3 and 165 pounds before his senior year at Camden High School in New Jersey.

The 17-year-old is a three-tier scorer who does most of his damage attacking off the dribble, able to turn a corner to drop down and absorb contact to finish at the rim or stop on a dime and stop for a jumper. . His pace is impressive for his age, always playing within his game with excellent body control.
Opponents can't speed or slow him down as he changes gears and directions to get past his matchup, take on defence, or use other advanced shot-making moves to create space and bring a step-back jumper.
