When Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Coming started attacking the rim, he hooked the ball over his head and found James Wiseman cut. In one move, Wiseman caught the ball out of the air and launched it with a splash.

It was the Warriors' first possession in a summer league game against the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday, and it was Liesman's first basket since March when he played in three J-League games.
A minute after being submerged in the alley, he dropped his only indicator of the night.
"It felt great," Wiseman said. "There are many things to work on; I mean, the timing was right. But this was my first game. I had fun there."
Wiseman
Before his brief stint in the G League, Weizmann hadn't played since April 2021, when he tore his right meniscus.
Wiseman played four minutes at the start of each quarter in his summer league debut, an 86-85 win over the Spurs. He returned in the game's final three minutes, something Wiseman said he's more comfortable with. In 19 minutes, Wiseman finished with 11 points on 6-of-7 shooting, two rebounds and two blocks.
