Champions League action
We are prepared to go between now and November as the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for 2022–23 has arrived.
We will have midweek Champions League action every week between now and early November despite the crowded schedule brought on by the 2022 World Cup beginning in November (aside from the international break in late September).

Can Real Madrid win the Champions League twice in a row? Or will the Premier League heavyweights continue to make it to the final—at least one PL team has done so in the last four all-English finals—and do even better this time?
Notably, Tottenham was given a (relatively) easy draw with Eintracht Frankfurt, Sporting CP, and Marseille in Group D. At the same time, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Inter Milan were placed together in what will undoubtedly be referred to as the "group of death."
In Group G, Manchester City will compete against Borussia Dortmund and Sevilla, two stalwarts of the European scene, while Group H has PSG and Juventus.
For the first time in 15 years, the Scottish Premiership will have two clubs competing in the UCL group stage, as Rangers returns to the Champions League group stage alongside bitter Glasgow rivals Celtic.
The Bundesliga has five teams in the group stage for the first time after Frankfurt won the Europa League last season to qualify. At the same time, Benfica, Copenhagen, Dinamo Zagreb, Viktoria Plzen, and Maccabi Haifa also advanced through the playoffs.
