Jeff
Fisher, Former head coach of NFL, whose “7-9 bullshits” comments from Hard
Knocks slowly and necessarily turned his name into nine-loss seasons,
completed his first campaign of USFL with just eight losses. Unfortunately, he
received just two victories to go along with the two-thirds-of-a-dozen Ls.
Thanks
to what the USFL must have to be called “The Stephen Ross Rule,” the last
victory of the season by the 1-8 Panthers over the 1-8 Maulers gave the
Panthers the first choice in the USFL draft next year. Obviously, for several
reasons, it is indistinct what that actually means at this spot.
Who
will be the one in the draft pool? Will Fisher ever coach the Panthers? Will
the USFL ever be present in 2023 or not?
It is
still indistinct how great the USFL is handling financial affairs. After some
initial speculations related to the ratings, which seemed excellent enough to
carry the league for the next season, not much has occurred in recent weeks
about the number of spectators. And maybe that is what it actually means.
In
2023, Confusing affairs for the USFL is the comeback of the XFL, which has
coordinated with ESPN, which will for sure show the three-letter spring league
on its several platforms while resuming to disregard the presence of its
four-letter counterpart.
