The offseason saw numerous teams of the AFC making enormous fluctuates to introduce talent and enhance their opportunities of progressing to the Super Bowl in Arizona the following February.
Running back of the Bengals, Joe Mixon doesn’t want each of that activities to lead someone to ignore about the team that was ready to protect the title of AFC last year. This offseason, the Bengals transported to enhance their offensive line and made other twists to a roster that Joe Mixon firmly believes will provide an advantage from having made it to the vast plays last year.
In a conference with Charlie Walter of KPIX, Joe Mixon noted those stuff as part of the statement why he thinks the Bengals can remain on the top of the list in 2022.
Joe Mixon said, “We were there, of course.” “We went there. We really showed a hell of a lot. To be honest, I feel like we will probably be the hottest stuff smoking on Sundays in the NFL. With the talent we received and who we included onto this year, I feel like we are bound to have a hell of a season. The great thing about it is we have been there before and receive knowledge of how to get there. We only got to hold to the basics, one week at the moment, and that is what’s going to happen.”
Neither team has lost a Super Bowl and is back in the game next year since the Bills capped their run of four consecutive losses against the Cowboys in 1994, so the Bengals would have to build the history in order to make Joe Mixon saw prophetic about how stuff will play out this fall.
