Chargers outside linebacker Joey Bosa was not happy to see Khalil Mack on the other way of the line.
"It's super fabulous. Only to enter another person like that to lean on, to look at," Joey Bosa said of Khalil Mack. "He is an interesting person in the discussions. Along with that, he is, of course, an outstanding player, so having a person like that on the other side will be a pleasure."
Joey Bosa told that he analyzed Khalil Mack several times and received satisfaction from a great teammate by seeing him.
Joey Bosa told, "He is a person that I feel like, early on, he was one of the people I looked at and was like, 'Damn it, I have to compare to these people? Doing this is not that much easy.' But, for sure, I did backbreaking work to reach closer to that point." "I think we excellently pass complements to each other. We run differently, so we have been bouncing suggestions off of each other, just discussing techniques because we have two distinct styles of running.
Obviously, we are not going to change overall what we do, but if we receive something to learn here and there from each other — just a person with an experience like that, I am really delighted only to get out there and see what it is like together."
Joey Bosa told that he listened about the trade for Khalil Mack from his brother, 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa, and was fired up right away to get prepared for the season.
Bosa told, "I think my brother discussed anything about it. I was like, 'Woah, let us get prepared now.'"
