Receiver Michael Gallup appears to be on the verge of making his 2022 debut.
In his Wednesday press conference, head coach Mike McCarthy stated that Gallup "will take a full slate of reps this week."
We promise he'll have plenty of time to prepare," McCarthy said.
Gallup has participated in practice in only a limited capacity the first two weeks after having his ACL torn. However, it's a good indication that he will play against the Giants in Week Three if he participates fully in practice.
The team's decision to release receiver Dennis Houston on Tuesday is another sign that Gallup is nearing an agreement.
Gallup caught 35 catches for 445 yards and two touchdowns in nine games last season.
