Josh Allen
Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Bills, has always made heavy use of his running ability.
Buffalo's leading rusher
Allen finished the game as Buffalo's leading rusher, fully displayed during Thursday's 31-10 victory over the Rams. He gained 56 yards on ten carries and scored on a touchdown run of 4 yards. Despite L.A., he was able to sprint across the goal line. Bobby Wagner, a linebacker, tries to tackle him.
Third-and-7 was completed by Allen by stiff-arming Rams safety Nick Scott to the ground on an 8-yard run.
Allen claimed that his stiff arm was simply an attempt to make a play for the team on third down
Allen said after the game, "Just doing all I can to get the first down - that's it." "That's great, guys. I play a lot. Whatever it takes, I want to win games. That's just, I think, an illustration of what I'm ready to do to secure a first down, help us advance the ball, and win the game. So, everything is just done now, and I think the guys understand that.
However, Allen's running style as a quarterback puts him in danger. When asked if he enjoyed running much, Allen responded, "I like winning.
"I'm ready to do everything you want of me. Limiting hits is crucial, as is slipping and stepping outside the marked area. The ideal quality is accessibility. However, I'll say again: I want to help my team when asked.
Allen took some relatively strong blows on Thursday while barely sliding or leaving the field. The Bills don't play again until next Monday night when they host the Titans, so he will have some time to recover.
