Donald Parham Jr., a tight end with the Chargers, was initially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Due to a hamstring injury, Parham has been unable to play this season.
On Saturday, the team downgraded Parham to questionable.
He had limitations all week throughout practice.
The Chargers elevated tight end Richard Rodgers off the practise squad for Sunday's game since Parham is not anticipated to play.
In the first two games, Rodgers took nine offensive snaps and had one target but no catches.
He was drafted by the Packers in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft and has played in 90 games over his career with the Packers, Eagles, and Chargers. With 147 receptions, Rodgers has gained 1,529 yards and 15 touchdowns.
