The Bills won the first week of the 2022 NFL season on Thursday, and it continues on Sunday with 14 more games. As a result, the 28 teams participating in those games submitted their final injury reports for the week on Friday.
The following does not include the teams competing on Monday night because their final injury reports won't be available until Saturday.
Falcons vs. Saints
As he recovers from a soft tissue injury that kept him out of action all of last season and this summer, WR Michael Thomas (hamstring) received the expected questionable tag for the Saints, but Tyrann Mathieu (illness) receiving the same designation was unexpected. Mathieu skipped Friday's practice. The following players have been ruled out: RB Dwayne Washington (hamstring), WR Tre'Quan Smith (shoulder), CB Paulson Adebo (ankle), S J.T. Gray (hamstring), and T Landon Young (hip).
Drake London, a wide receiver for the Falcons, is unsure whether or not he will play this weekend. In the same group is CB Darren Hall (quad).
Texans at Colts
The Colts are without LB Shaquille Leonard (back) and have a doubtful tag on T Dennis Kelly (knee).
DE Rasheem Green (thigh) and DE Mario Addison (thigh) are both listed by the Texans as questionable.
Bears vs. 49ers
The 49ers haven't ruled out tight end George Kittle even though he hasn't practiced this week due to a groin injury. G Daniel Brunskill (hamstring), rated as uncertain, won't be participating.
The only other Bears player who is questionable is DE Dominique Robinson (knee), while rookie wide-out Velus Jones (hamstring) is listed as doubtful.
Jets vs. Ravens
Ronnie Stanley of the Ravens (ankle), rated as doubtful, will probably have to wait another week before making his 2022 debut. While DT Travis Jones (knee) is out, RB J.K. Dobbins (knee) and CB Marcus Peters (knee) are both classified as questionable.
Due to T Duane Brown's (shoulder) absence and potential placement on injured reserve, the Jet's offensive line had to be rearranged. Conor McDermott (ankle), T George Fant (knee), CB Justin Hardee (calf), and CB D.J. Reed (knee) are all listed as questionable.
Bengals at Steelers
No injured Steelers players are heading into the weekend.
Bengals TE Devin Asiasi (quad) won't participate. TE Mitchell Wilcox (ankle) and WR Trent Taylor (hamstring) are both questionable.
Bears vs. Panthers
The Browns have classified T Jack Conklin (knee), T Christopher Hubbard (elbow), and WR Mike Woods (hamstring, sickness) as questionable. Before being added to the injured reserve list, CB Greedy Williams (hamstring) was declared ineligible.
Although LB Brandon Smith (thigh) is listed as questionable, Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (shin) did not get an injury classification.
Commanders with Jaguars
It's uncertain whether DT Folorunso Fatukasi (calf) will play for the Jaguars on Sunday.
The thumb of Commander S Kam Curl is out. Logan Thomas (knee) and Cole Turner (hamstring), two tight ends, are uncertain to play.

This week, no Eagles players have been listed as injured.
For the Lions, C Frank Ragnow (groin) is listed as questionable but believes he will be ready to play, while G Tommy Kraemer (back) has been ruled out. The following players are questionable: LB Julian Okwara (hamstring), CB Ifeatu Melifonwu (hamstring), and DE Levi Onwuzurike (back).

The following Patriots players are classified as questionable: T Isaiah Wynn (back), WR Ty Montgomery (knee), WR Jakobi Meyers (knee), CB Shaun Wade (ankle), and S Joshuah Bledsoe (groin). Wynn, however, stated that he would play on Sunday.

Titans against. Giants
Azeez Ojulari (calf) and LB Kayvon Thibodeaux (knee) of the Giants' edge defense are expected to miss the game because they are both rated as doubtful. Collarbone) is marked as questionable for S Dane Belton.
The Titans were without LB Chance Campbell (knee), CB Lonnie Johnson (groin), T Jamarco Jones (triceps), and CB Elijah Molden (groin). Molden and Campbell were eventually placed on injured reserve. Olasunkanmi Adeniyi, LB, is rated as doubtful (neck).
Chargers vs. Raiders
This weekend, there are no injuries among the Raiders.
After being labeled as doubtful, Chargers CB J.C. Jackson (ankle) and TE Donald Parham (hamstring) are anticipated to sit out. The only doubtful Charger is LB Drue Tranquill (back).
Vikings at Packers
Following his designation as doubtful, the Packers are prepared to go without WR Allen Lazard (ankle). Due to knee ailments, tackles David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins are both questionable to play.
S Lewis Cine (knee) and DE Jonathan Bullard (biceps) are questionable to play for the Vikings.
Cardinals at Chiefs
This week, there were no injuries declared by the Chiefs.
The health of the Cardinals is not excellent. The first game will be missed by WR Rondale Moore (hamstring), G Cody Ford (ankle), and CB Trayvon Mullen (toe). For a club that is already without the suspended DeAndre Hopkins, DE J.J. Watt (calf), TE Zach Ertz (calf), CB Byron Murphy (illness), and G Justin Pugh (neck) are all listed as questionable.
Bears vs. Cowboys
Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin's (knee) recovery from an ACL tear is in doubt. While CB Zyon McCollum (hamstring) has been ruled out, WR Russell Gage (hamstring) is also questionable.
WR Michael Gallup of the Cowboys (knee) was officially declared out, but quarterback Dak Prescott (ankle) can play. The neck injury to S Jayron Kearse is listed as doubtful.
