the subject of tanking has been re-examined in the NFL. But different

simple step to stop tanking at the end of their season.

Obviously, no one knows yet if there will be a USFL draft in
2023 because, until 2023, the USFL may not be in business. So it is only as
much a marketing ploy to gather people this weekend to watch the USFL as it is
a real one to secure competitive unity.
The NFL should take action still: the temptation to lose at
the end of the season has resulted in enough unsatisfactory football games
being played between the two teams that are out of the playoffs contention
already. Suppose the NFL changes its draft order instead so that the
non-playoff team that has received victory in almost all the games after the
playoffs is out of mathematics. In that case, the overall selection will be the
first choice between the losing teams of the late season. Games will be much
more enjoyable. More interesting to watch. USFL can be on to anything.
