Jamal Adams
Jamal Adams, a safety with the Seahawks, has sustained yet another injury.
In the second quarter of today's game, Adams hobbled to the sidelines with a knee injury and subsequently rode a cart to the locker room. He won't likely return to the game, according to the Seahawks.
Adams was hurt while blitzing Russell Wilson, the quarterback for the Denver Broncos. Adams was harmed, but Wilson was forced into an off-balance pass when he got to Wilson.
Adams has fallen short of expectations.
Adams has fallen short of expectations since being traded to Seattle in 2020, partly because he has had trouble staying healthy. He missed four games in 2020 and five games in 2021. He is now hurt in the opening contest of 2022.
