The four-star middle linebacker Calvin Simpson-Hunt (Waxahachie, TX/ Waxahachie HSH.S.) has acknowledged his invitation to the 2023 All-American Bowl. Simpson-Hunt will compete in the twenty-third edition of the All-American Bowl on Saturday, January 7, 2023, in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, in the traditional East vs. West game. At 1:00 p.m., the Super Bowl will be carried live on a TV channel and feature the 100 best school football players.
An All Bowl Selection Committee, including a well-known TV channel, and NexGen CEO Brent Williams, chose Simpson-Hunt. Defensive tackle of the Week for the Award, the Season Award, the Bowl Gentleman of a Year Award, and the All-American Game MVP Prize are all available to All-American.
One hundred football players are selected to wear the All-American Bowl jersey. Each athlete picked will play in the All-American Bowl to cap off their high school careers.
